Our process:
1. Give us a call or email, and we will give you some first-line troubleshooting advice to see if we can get the problem sorted quickly
2.We will contact the a kiln engineer at Kilns & Furnaces for advice. If it's something you can do easily at home, they'll let us know, and we will pass this on to you.
3. The manufacturer may want to give you a call directly walk you through the issue.
4. If there is something fundamentally wrong with the kiln, Kilns & Furnaces will either arrange to send out an engineer to fix the porblem on site, or organise a replacement.
Kilns & Furnaces kilns have a great reputation, and they are very keen to keep it, so they are very reliable and helpful when it comes to fixing any issues promptly.
