Specific warranty policy depends on the manufacturer of the product:

Shimpo Wheels: 2-year full warranty

Kilns & Furnaces LTD: 1-year full warranty

Kilncare LTD: 3-year full warranty

If you are having issues with your wheel or kiln and you are within your warranty period, contact us at info@thepotterypeople.co.uk. We can discuss replacing or repairing your equipment.

If you are having issues and you are outside of your warranty period, reach out to us anyway and we will do our best to aid you with your problem.
