Returns Policy – The Pottery People

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - no pressure, no fuss.

Our 90-Day Returns Promise

You can return your item within 90 days of delivery for any reason - whether you’ve changed your mind, it’s not quite what you expected, or you simply don’t love it.

Condition of Returns

-Unused items – we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

-Used items – you’re still welcome to return them, but we’ll ask you to cover the cost of return shipping.

-There’s no restocking fee and no need to justify your decision - we believe in making pottery stress-free.

How to Return

1. Email us at orders@thepotterypeople.co.uk with your order number and let us know you’d like to return your item.

2. We’ll confirm the return details and shipping method.

3. Once received and checked, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

A Few Small Exceptions

-Items damaged through misuse or neglect can’t be refunded.

-Returns must include all original parts (cables, manuals, etc.).

-This return policy does not apply to large kilns over 101 litres. For these kilns, the kiln must be in unused condition.
