White Special Stoneware is a white-burning, refractory clay body with a smooth texture that throws and handles well.

It is particularly well suited to domestic ware and slip-decorated work, offering good colour response and reliable performance across its firing range. A sanded version of this body is also available for those who prefer a slightly more textured throwing feel.
