Laguna WC401 B-Mix is a smooth stoneware clay body manufactured in the USA by Laguna Clay and imported to the UK by Potclays.

B-Mix Cone 5 offers the same working characteristics as the Cone 10 B-Mix, but is formulated for mid-range firings. Its fine, porcelain-like texture makes it particularly pleasant to throw and form, while remaining forgiving and versatile.

When fired in oxidation, the body develops a soft cream colour. In reduction, it fires to an off-white tone. The smooth surface makes it suitable for functional ware, detailed forms, and glaze work.
