What to expect from your Home Studio Wheel delivery.

So, you've purchased your very own Home Studio Wheel from The Pottery People!

Thank you so much! We appreciate every single customer, and do everything in our power to get you throwing confidently as quickly as possible.

Buying a wheel is a big purchase, and every company does things slightly different, so here we will try to clear up exactly what to expect after you have purchased the wheel.

 

1. Order confirmation + free 'getting started' guide (instant)

You will receive an order confirmation from us as soon as you place the order, showing you the order details. We also provide a quick guide to getting started with your wheel and throwing your first pot.

 

2. Order dispatch (same day)

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm on the same day.

You will receive a tracking number and link on dispatch.

Orders are sent via Parcelforce 24, which typically delivers the next working day.

Orders placed late in the day may be collected from the local deopt by Parcelforce the next day, meaning that the delivery will arrived the day after that.

 

3. Delivery arrives (next working day)

Your wheel will arrive safely the next working day after your order.

Delivery packaging:

-The box is wrapped in our green Pottery People tape.

-We use recycled packaging materials to keep the wheel safe during transit

 

 

4. What's in the box:

The box contains the following:

-Pottery wheel body

-Adjustable legs (x3)

-Bolts (for legs)

-Splash Pan

-Instruction Manual

-Pottery Tool Kit

-Metal Foot Pedal

-Power Cable

-Allen Key

5. Try-out period

We give you 2 weeks to try out the wheel. If you don't like it for any reason, we'll take it back, no questions asked (as long as there is no accidental damage).

We want people to love using the wheel, and we stand behind it's quality and performance, so it's a no brainer for us to allow a trial period to make sure you love it.

Try it for 2 weeks, if you don't like it, send it back for a full refund.

6. Warranty, after-sales support and ongoing care.

We pride ourselves on our strong reputation, and after-sales support is a huge part of that. If you have any problems or questions at all, whether they are related to the wheel or not - call, message or email us! We love chatting to people and helping them get the most out of their home studio!

Our warranty is 3 years long, and easy to navigate. Simply give us an email with your problem and we will follow the process:

  1. See if we can help you troubleshoot the issue
  2. Replace the wheel if it can't be fixed
  3. Refund the wheel if it can't be replaced.
